As a Studio Technician, I implemented an inventory record and tracking program to calculate material usage and cost. I coordinated and assigned tasks to assistants to maintain the operation of the ceramic studio to suit the needs of the instructors, resident artists, and community members, fixed and maintained kilns, ordered materials and supplies, scheduled, loaded, and fired kilns, mixed glazes, mixed clay, organized material, helped residents with materials understanding and firing process.
